Guidance Counsellor
The Guidance Counsellor role at the school has an emphasis on providing social-emotional support to students from Grades 7 to 12. Also, the Guidance Counsellor works closely with the Academic Advisor regarding High School academic programming for current students. The Guidance Counsellor also supports high school students with post high-school career planning, including applying for post-secondary (e.g., College, University, Technical Schools).
The Guidance Counsellor works as part of a comprehensive Student Support Team that includes the Child Development Advisor, Academic Advisor, and Learning Support to deliver academic and emotional support to students, ensuring success at school.
If you have any questions or would like to access support, please contact the Student Support Team at BeisekerStudent Support@rockyview.ab.ca. The appropriate person from the team will get back to you.
