- The website includes specialized online tools and learning resources that are helpful to students, parents and teachers. LearnAlberta's Online Reference Centre (ORC) includes multimedia encyclopedias, pictures, newspapers and many other reference resources including educational games, resources and more for students. All students in Alberta have on-line access to encyclopedias, dictionaries and thesauri for homework through Alberta Learning. Note: You must sign in to view these resources.
