Welcome Back to the 2021 - 2022 School Year

1. Classes for all grade K - 12 students start on Tuesday, Sept. 7th. We will not have a staggered entry.
2. Our office will be open beginning Monday, August 30th. Our office hours will be 8:30 AM - 3:45 PM, Mon - Thurs, and Fridays 8:30 AM - 1:45 PM.
3. For any parents wishing to enrol their child/children in Beiseker Community School, please follow the online process through the Rocky View Schools registration website.
4. For parents and staff who are inquiring about COVID-19 related school operational questions, please review Greg Luterbach's email sent August 18 regarding information on RVS guidance for safe return to schools.
5. As with all of our schools in RVS, our two new online schools are now included in our Out of Attendance Area Application process. Parents inquiring about change of program involving either a move into or out of online will be addressed through this process.

1. Parent(s) will meet with the designated school administrator (online or in-person) and the form will be signed by designated school administrator. (Concerns or reasons for request by the parent may be resolved at this level.)

2. If the parent wishes to continue to pursue the request, they will then meet with the administrator of the requested school. For requests to move into or out of Online only, the administrator of the requested school would gather information on the request, including their letter of rationale, and then consult with their Area Director prior to approving or not approving. Administrators will not commit to the parent a decision until they have consulted with their Area Director.
